家乡互动科技有限公司（股份代号：03798）于2026年6月18日发布翌日披露报表，宣布通过香港联交所场内回购2.4万股普通股。该回购股份占公司回购前已发行股本约0.00188%，回购价格为每股1.40港元，合计支付对价约3.36万港元。
公司本次回购完成后，已发行股本由回购前的约12.73亿股减少至约12.73亿股，库藏股由1017.6万股增至1020万股，而公司总已发行股本仍约为12.83亿股。公司同时披露，其购回授权已于2025年6月17日获得通过，授权可回购股份总数为1.2834035亿股。截至公告当日，公司已累计回购股份数量为1020万股，占购回授权获通过当日已发行股本约0.79476%。
公司表示，前述交易已经按照相关上市规则及相关法律法规进行。公告由联席公司秘书吴介然先生签署。
