Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited released an announcement stating that Executive Director Ms. Fung Sau-yim, Maureen, has resigned effective 3 February 2026 due to health issues. According to the announcement, Ms. Fung has confirmed no disagreement with the board and is unaware of any matters requiring attention from security holders.
The board further reported that, as of the date of the announcement, Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited comprises eight Executive Directors, two Non-Executive Directors, and seven Independent Non-Executive Directors.
