At the Intelligent Electric Vehicle Development High-Level Forum (2026) held from April 11 to 12 at the Beijing National Convention Center Phase II, He Xuan, Vice President of R&D at Sunwoda Power Technology, delivered a speech emphasizing the need for an open, collaborative, and green industrial ecosystem to achieve a global breakthrough in electrification. The forum’s theme focused on advancing the intelligent, green, integrated, and international development of new energy vehicles.

He Xuan highlighted that the global new energy vehicle industry faces dual challenges: upgrading domestic demand in the late mass-adoption phase and overcoming intensified obstacles in overseas expansion. He identified four core capabilities essential to addressing issues such as homogeneous competition, efficiency bottlenecks, geopolitical risks, and regulatory requirements: technological innovation, digital transformation, global ecological layout, and green sustainable development.

According to He Xuan, the global new energy sector presents both opportunities and challenges. While traditional energy security concerns are accelerating the transition to new energy worldwide, and emerging technologies like solid-state and sodium-ion batteries are creating new growth areas, the industry must also tackle problems including intensified homogeneous competition, geopolitical barriers, and stricter ESG regulations.

He Xuan emphasized that global electrification has entered a phase of high-quality development, and only through the establishment of an open, synergistic, and environmentally friendly industrial ecosystem can true breakthroughs be achieved. Sunwoda Electronic Co., Ltd. will adhere to its core philosophy of “making every battery with care,” driving the future of mobility through product innovation, enhancing industrial efficiency via digitalization, optimizing global resource allocation, and promoting green practices to protect the environment. By collaborating with partners, the company aims to build an open and cooperative green industrial ecosystem to facilitate a global breakthrough in electrification.
