According to informed sources, Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries, will visit South Korea next week to discuss potential collaborations in network and artificial intelligence (AI) with Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.'s Chairman Lee Jae-yong.
Sources indicate that Ambani is scheduled for a two-day visit starting Tuesday (November 25), during which he will hold talks with Lee to explore cooperation across multiple sectors.
Reliance Industries is a major Indian conglomerate with businesses spanning petrochemicals, steel, telecommunications, retail, and finance.
Jio Platforms, Reliance's telecom arm, boasts 500 million subscribers. Samsung Electronics previously supplied equipment for the mobile operator's 4G network.
