Chuanglian Holdings Limited (CHUANGLIAN HOLD) announced that RuiLian Financial Group Company Limited—its wholly owned, Securities and Futures Commission-licensed subsidiary for Type 1, Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities—signed a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding on 24 June 2026 with a Hong Kong-incorporated payment technology firm holding card-issuing licences and proprietary payment-processing technology.

The collaboration framework targets two core areas:

1. Digital Asset Payment Methods: By integrating the Partner’s card-issuance infrastructure and end-to-end tokenisation systems with RuiLian’s licensed platform, the parties intend to build compliant payment services that enable digital asset transactions.

2. Real World Asset (RWA) Integrated Solutions: Combining the Partner’s established payment-network access with RuiLian’s regulatory expertise, the Group plans to develop RWA products under a phased, regulatory-led approach to limit compliance and investment risk.

Management expects the prospective alliance to diversify the Group’s fintech offerings and strengthen its competitiveness in Hong Kong’s financial services market.

The Board advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
