China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd. announced the online release of its latest circular and notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated 5 June 2026. The documents, available in both English and Chinese, can now be accessed on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s portal (www.chste.com). Printed copies have been dispatched only to stakeholders who previously chose hard-copy delivery.

In line with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s paperless listing initiative (Listing Rule 2.07A effective 31 December 2023), the company has formally adopted an electronic-first approach for all future corporate communications—covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be provided online, and no hard copies will be mailed unless specifically requested.

Non-registered shareholders wishing to continue receiving printed materials must complete and return the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited or send an email request to ctransmission.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Failure to supply a functional email address through their bank, broker, custodian or other intermediary will result in the shareholder receiving only postal notifications directing them to the web-based documents.
