公告同时明确了代扣所得税安排。对于非中国内地登记地址的非个人居民及非居民企业股东，预扣税率为10%；对于通过港股通投资H股的中国内地个人股东，预扣税率为20%。此外，公司发行的可转换债券（CPIC B3009，代号05920）持有人，若行使转换权以享有上述股息，最后时限为2026年5月11日15时（伦敦时间）。
