On 1 December 2025, Cosmopolitan International Holdings Limited (00120) announced the issuance of 300,000,000 new ordinary shares following the conversion of 2% Convertible Notes due 2053. The total principal amount of the convertible notes reached HK$30,000,000, and the conversion price of the newly issued shares stood at HK$0.10 per share.
According to the Next Day Disclosure Return, the issued shares increased from 1,339,620,550 to 1,639,620,550, representing a 22.39% change. The updated share balance took effect immediately on the same date, with no treasury share transactions reported.
