China United Venture Investment Limited (abbrev. “CU VENTURE INV”) has circulated a proxy form for a Special General Meeting scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on 13 October 2026 at the Multimedia Conference Room, 16/F, Sai Xi Technology Building, 3398 Binhai Avenue, Nanshan, Shenzhen.

The single agenda item is an ordinary resolution to consolidate every twenty issued and unissued ordinary shares of HK$0.01 par value into one consolidated share of HK$0.20 par value. If approved, the Company’s share capital structure would shift from a higher-volume, lower-denomination format to a lower-volume, higher-denomination format without altering aggregate issued capital.

Registered shareholders wishing to vote by proxy must submit completed forms—together with any relevant authority documents—to Union Registrars Limited at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Joint shareholders may have any one holder vote, with precedence determined by the order of names on the register.

Failure to mark “For” or “Against” on the proxy form authorises the proxy to vote at discretion. Attendance in person overrides any previously submitted proxy. A proxy need not be a shareholder to represent a member at the meeting.

The notice of meeting, dated 25 September 2026, contains the full text of the proposed resolution on share consolidation. No other resolutions are slated for discussion.
