马可数字科技控股有限公司（01942）7月29日发布澄清公告称，公司于2026年7月28日刊发的供股章程中“预计时间表”一节出现文书错误，现予以修订。
公告显示，修订内容涉及“开始买卖缴足股款供股股份”时间，由原列示内容更正为“2026年9月4日（星期五）上午九时正”。除上述修订外，供股章程其余信息保持不变，并继续有效。
根据此前披露的供股安排，马可数字科技拟按每持有两(2)股股份可获配发一(1)股供股股份的基准进行供股。
公司提醒投资者须将本次澄清公告与2026年7月28日刊发的供股章程一并查阅。
