广发证券（01776）：辽宁成大因派现下调三期可交换债换股价格

广发证券股份有限公司（01776）10月9日披露，持股5%以上股东辽宁成大股份有限公司将自2026年10月14日起下调其所发行三期非公开发行可交换公司债券的换股价格，原因系广发证券即将实施现金分红。 \n\n广发证券计划于2026年10月14日向全体股东每10股派发现金红利2.52元（含税）。本次权益分派的A股股权登记日为2026年10月13日，除权除息日为2026年10月14日。 \n\n受此影响，辽宁成大所发行的三期可交换债券换股价格同步调整：\n1) “25成大E1”（债券代码117242），发行规模18亿元，期限3年，换股价格由24.08元/股调降至23.83元/股；\n2) “25成大E2”（债券代码117247），发行规模10亿元，期限3年，换股价格由24.08元/股调降至23.83元/股；\n3) “26成大E1” （债券代码117256），发行规模10亿元，期限5年，换股价格由24.95元/股调降至24.70元/股。 \n\n此次调整依据《辽宁成大股份有限公司2025年面向专业投资者非公开发行可交换公司债券（第一期、第二期）募集说明书》及《辽宁成大股份有限公司2026年面向专业投资者非公开发行可交换公司债券（第一期）募集说明书》相关条款执行。 \n\n广发证券表示，将按监管要求对辽宁成大本次可交换债券的后续进展情况进行及时信息披露。
