FIT Hon Teng's stock soared 6.84% in early trading on Friday, extending its recent rebound momentum.

The surge comes after parent company Hon Hai (Foxconn) announced at its investor conference that AI servers now account for over 50% of total server revenue, with full-year AI rack shipments expected to double and capital expenditure planned to grow over 30%. Additionally, CPO switches are expected to enter mass production in the third quarter.

As Hon Hai's core high-speed connectivity supplier, FIT Hon Teng continues to benefit from AI computing infrastructure expansion across copper connections, optical modules, and liquid cooling solutions. The stock had previously experienced weakness due to high valuation pressure following its first-quarter earnings release, but the parent company's positive AI business outlook has driven a notable recovery from those lows.
