昆明滇池水务股份有限公司公告显示，截至2025年12月31日止财年，经调整净利润（期内归属公司权益持有人）预计约为人民币180.8百万元至212.3百万元，较2024年同期的人民币263.2百万元减少人民币50.9百万元至82.4百万元。公司同时预计，2025年税前利润约为人民币217.9百万元至255.8百万元，较2024年的人民币314.4百万元也有所下滑。管理层指出，此次利润下滑主要由于2024年公司出售附属公司导致2025年收入规模下降，以及信用减值损失增加与工程投入减少所致。

根据公告，2025年公司因出售附属公司造成整体收入规模下降，从而拉低了利润水平。与此同时，2025年工程建设项目投入也减少，导致来自工程建设业务的利润同比下降。公告显示，信用减值损失计提的增加亦是利润减少的原因之一。
