美图公司（01357）于2026年2月16日发布翌日披露报表，公告回购3,217,000股普通股股份，约占该次回购前已发行股本的0.07%。每股购回价格介乎每股5.99港元至6.31港元，总对价为20,015,075港元。
公司于回购完成后，其已发行股本数目由原先的4,586,179,280股降至4,582,962,280股，同时持有3,217,000股库藏股。此次回购授权由公司于2025年6月5日获得，最高可回购456,617,928股。公告显示，公司已根据香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则及当地适用法规进行本次回购。
