HK Ferry (Hold) Posts Interim Profit Dip of 34.5% Despite Revenue Growth

HK Ferry (Hold) (00050) has announced its interim results for the 2026 fiscal period, reporting a 34.49% year-on-year decline in profit attributable to shareholders, which came in at HK$79.828 million. This decline occurred despite a notable 20.49% increase in total revenue, which reached HK$240 million for the period under review.

The company recorded earnings per share of HK$0.22 and declared an interim dividend of HK$0.10 per share. The group's operations are structured across three primary business segments: property development and investment, ferry services alongside shipyard and related operations, as well as medical, healthcare, and beauty services.

During the review period, the group's profitability was primarily driven by rental income from shopping malls, retail shops, and youth dormitories, supplemented by interest income generated from bank deposits.
