SUPERACTIVE GP (00176) has issued an announcement stating that the Stock Exchange deems it appropriate to issue the following supplementary resumption guidance.
In addition to the resumption guidance referenced in the resumption guidance letter, the Company must comply with the provisions of Rules 3.05 and 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules.
Furthermore, the company's shares will continue to be suspended from trading.
