瑞风新能源（00527）8月5日发布公告称，公司已正式将英文名称由“China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Limited”更改为“Ruifeng Green Energy AI Computing Holdings Limited”，中文名称由“中国瑞风新能源控股有限公司”更改为“瑞风绿能智算控股有限公司”。\n\n公告显示，相关特别决议已于2026年6月29日股东周年大会获通过；开曼群岛公司注册处处长于2026年6月30日签发更改名称注册证书，香港公司注册处处长则于2026年7月30日签发注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书。\n\n公司股票英文简称将由“RUIFENG RENEW”调整为“RF GREEN EN AI”，中文简称由“瑞风新能源”调整为“瑞风绿能智算”，并自2026年8月10日09:00起生效；股票代码维持“527”不变。公司标志及网站保持不变。\n\n公司表示，更名不影响股东权利、日常业务运营及财务状况，现有股票将继续有效流通。新发行股票将使用更新后的公司名称。\n\n同日，公司还宣布，新修订及重列的组织章程大纲及细则已于2026年6月29日通过特别决议并生效，以取代现行版本。
