On August 28, China Life Insurance Company Limited held its 2025 interim results announcement. Regarding inclusive finance, China Life Chairman Cai Xiliang stated that the release of the implementation plan for high-quality development of inclusive finance in the banking and insurance industries in June this year marks a more comprehensive policy framework for inclusive insurance and provides clear direction for the entire industry on how to deliver quality inclusive financial services. Moving forward, China Life will promote high-quality development of inclusive insurance in three areas according to the implementation plan requirements: expanding coverage, improving quality, and ensuring sustainability.

First, persist in innovation-driven expansion. The company will conduct in-depth research on the insurance needs of specific populations, strengthen product scenario-based, refined, and intelligent approaches, build a high-quality inclusive product supply system, and continuously expand the coverage and accessibility of inclusive insurance.

Second, persist in service upgrades for quality improvement. The company will deepen the construction of a service network featuring "one-click online access and offline presence nearby," accelerating the transformation of service models from single risk compensation to full-process "insurance plus services." Examples include insurance plus elderly care and insurance plus health management, thereby providing customers with more convenient, secure, and considerate service experiences.

Third, persist in digital empowerment for sustainability. Leveraging data-driven and intelligent leadership, the company will strengthen precise pricing, efficient operations, and dynamic risk monitoring for inclusive products, balancing short-term inclusiveness with long-term commitments, achieving organic unity of precise customer acquisition, expanded service coverage, and efficient operations to ensure long-term healthy and sustainable development of inclusive insurance.
