Vision Synergy Holdings Limited (formerly known as Japan Kyosei Group Company Limited) has announced the official change of its English name to “Vision Synergy Holdings Limited” and its Chinese name to “共生智築控股有限公司.” The Registrar of Companies in Bermuda issued relevant certificates on 14 October 2025, and Hong Kong’s Companies Registry registered the new names on 4 November 2025.

All existing share certificates with the former name remain valid for trading, settlement, and registration. New share certificates bearing the updated name will take effect from 13 November 2025. Concurrently, the stock short name on the Stock Exchange changes from “JAPAN KYOSEI” to “VISION SYNERGY” (English) and from “日本共生” to “共生智築” (Chinese) starting 9:00 a.m. on 13 November 2025, with the stock code unchanged at 00627.

The company has also updated its logo to align with its new name, effective 13 November 2025.
