Zhongyu Energy Holdings Limited disclosed that it executed an on-market buyback of 500,000 ordinary shares on 21 September 2026. The repurchase was conducted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange within a price range of HKD 2.615 to HKD 2.675 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 1.32 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) decreased to 2.69 billion, down 0.0186 %. • Treasury shares rose to 59.54 million. • Total issued shares (including treasury) remained at 2.75 billion.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved by shareholders on 26 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 270.56 million shares. To date, 16.84 million shares—equivalent to 0.62 % of the issued share base at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authorisation.

All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock, and no cancellations have been announced. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Zhongyu Energy is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 21 October 2026.
