南山铝业国际涨超6%，股价创历史新高，公司拟投资18.68亿元在印尼建设化工项目
周三（6月18日），南山铝业国际涨超6%，股价创历史新高，公司拟投资18.68亿元在印尼建设化工项目。
消息面上，6月5日晚，南山铝业公告，拟在印度尼西亚合资成立公司并计划在印尼宾坦岛建设年产20万吨烧碱项目及年产16.5万吨环氧氯丙烷项目，总投资约18.68亿元人民币。目前，公司在印尼已拥有200万吨氧化铝在产产能和200万吨在建产能。今年5月，南山铝业印尼宾坦氧化铝三期项目已正式迈入试生产阶段。
据悉，南山铝业今年3月份公布，控股子公司南山铝业国际在香港联交所主板挂牌并上市交易，本次发行上市后，公司仍将维持对南山铝业国际的控制权。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，截至2023年底，东南亚主要的氧化铝生产国为印度尼西亚和越南，南山铝业国际是东南亚三大氧化铝生产企业之一。二期氧化铝生产项目的完成使公司的氧化铝设计年产能达到两百万吨，按于2023年的设计年产能计，这使公司在印度尼西亚及东南亚排名首位。
