2026年9月11日，伟志控股（01305）于香港联合交易所发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于2026年9月10日以每股0.85港元的价格在场内回购普通股30,000股，占当日已发行股本约0.0138%，总金额25,500港元（折合约2.55万港元）。
本次回购完成后，伟志控股的已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数目降至216,593,000股，库藏股数量增至3,132,000股，已发行股本总数仍为219,725,000股。公司于2026年5月27日通过回购授权，可回购股份总数为21,972,500股，截至目前累计回购3,132,000股，占授权总额约14.2542%。公司确认已遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法规，并表示回购后将于2026年10月12日之前暂缓进行新股发行或库藏股出售事宜（除非获得交易所批准）。公告由公司秘书张伟雄先生签署。
