百福控股有限公司（股票代码：01488）宣布，董事会已通过一项股份购回计划，授权最高可回购公司已发行股本总数的10%。目前公司已发行股份总数约为15.78664亿股，对应本次购回规模最高可达1.578664亿股。
董事会表示，本次购回将动用根据开曼群岛法律及公司章程细则可合法运用的资金，用于优化资本结构和提升股东回报，并认为此举符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。根据公告，公司过去十二个月的最高及最低月度成交价分别为每股1.06港元和0.50港元。
本次购回授权方案将于2026年5月28日在股东周年大会上提交表决，相关股东可在大会上投票表决。为确定出席与投票资格，公司将于2026年5月22日至5月28日暂停办理股份过户手续。
