2月6日，西班牙电信公司Telefónica SA宣布，其拉美业务部门Telefónica Hispanoamérica已将持有的哥伦比亚电信运营商Colombia Telecomunicaciones 67.5%股权转让给Millicom哥伦比亚子公司。
此次股权交易作价2.14亿美元（约合1.82亿欧元），预计将使Telefónica的净负债规模减少15.5亿欧元。该交易完全符合Telefónica退出拉美市场的战略部署，标志着其区域业务重组取得重要进展。
通过这笔资产剥离，Telefónica进一步优化了资产负债表结构，为聚焦核心市场业务提供了资金支持。
