7月13日，天图投资（01973）公告称，其通过附属公司于2026年7月13日于公开市场出售合共481,500股BeBeBus股份，平均售价每股33.42港元，获得现金对价约1,609.38万元（不含交易成本）。
出售后，天图投资仍持有4,809,000股BeBeBus股份，占BeBeBus已发行股本总额约5.30%。
在此前12个月内（2026年3月23日至2026年7月10日），公司曾分批以每股25.66港元至78.95港元的价格出售合计2,083,900股BeBeBus股份，获得对价约7,551.09万元（不含交易成本）。
将本次出售与先前出售合并计算，天图投资累计出售BeBeBus股份2,565,400股，平均价格为每股35.71港元，累计套现约9,160.47万元（不含交易成本），占BeBeBus已发行股份总数的2.83%。
公司预计，上述合计减持将确认亏损约2,313.80万元，但实现变现金额约7,411.50万元。公司拟将所得款项用于一般营运资金、其他投资及按情况向持有BeBeBus股份权益的相关基金投资者分派。
根据香港联交所《上市规则》第14.22条，因相关交易在12个月内进行，且至少一项适用百分比率超过5%但全部低于25%，故本次合计出售事项构成须予披露交易，公司已按规定发布公告。
