On 30 April 2026 Shenguan Holdings (Group) Limited published its 2025 Annual Report, a shareholder circular dated the same day, the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the corresponding proxy form (collectively, “current corporate communications”).

The full English and Chinese versions are available for download from both the company’s website (www.shenguan.com.hk) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders are encouraged to access these materials electronically.

Shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed documents will find hard copies enclosed. Those who experience difficulties with electronic access—or who prefer hard-copy delivery—can obtain printed versions free of charge by completing and returning the reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 829-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Without a valid email on file, Shenguan Holdings will send future notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form until 31 December 2028 or until updated contact details are supplied.
