2026年9月28日，山东墨龙石油机械股份有限公司（股票代码：00568）公告称，其于2026年9月28日完成向不少于六名独立第三方承配人配售33,615,600股新H股，每股配售价3.50港元。
本次配售股份占配售完成后已发行H股总数约10.66%，占经扩大已发行股份总数约3.92%。配售所得款项净额约为114.89百万元港元，按公告要求折算后相当于约1.15亿元港元。
配售完成后，公司已发行股份总数由823,526,800股增至857,142,400股。其中，已发行H股由281,804,800股增至315,420,400股；A股保持541,722,000股不变。
公司表示，相关配售事项将按中国证监会规定及时完成备案。
