2026年8月7日，长城汽车股份有限公司（02333）发布公告称，其可转换公司债券“长汽转债”（转债代码：113049）已完成可选择回售申报，回售期为2026年7月30日至2026年8月5日。
回售价格为100.27元/张（含当期应计利息、含税）。在上述期限内，投资者共提出有效回售申报10张，对应回售金额1,002.70元（含当期应计利息、含税）。
公司已按有效申报数量将回售资金足额划付至中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司指定账户，资金发放日为2026年8月10日。
公告指出，本次回售金额较低，不会对公司的现金流、资产状况及股本情况产生重大影响。未被回售的“长汽转债”将继续在上海证券交易所交易。
