北京云迹科技股份有限公司（云迹，股票代码：02670）于2026年6月10日发布翌日披露报表，宣布于2026年6月10日在香港联交所回购公司普通股共10,850股，约占当日公司已发行股本（不含库存股）0.017%。
本次回购价格介乎每股291.40港元至312.20港元，总计耗资约323.04万港元（折合3,230,410.00港元）。回购完成后，公司已发行股本数量变更为62,468,038股，库存股份数增加至131,600股，但公司总已发行股份仍为62,599,638股。
公司方面表示，上述回购已于2026年6月9日获董事会正式授权，并已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及其他适用法律法规规定。根据回购授权，公司可回购股份总数为6,248,238股，截至目前已回购14,350股，占授权获通过当日公司已发行股本（不含库存股）数目的约0.021%。本次回购后，新的股份发行或库存股再出售（转让）暂止期至2026年7月10日。
本次公告由公司董事长、执行董事兼总裁支涛签署。
