CICC to Exercise Redemption Option on "21 CICC Y2" Perpetual Bond

CICC (03908) has announced that it will exercise the issuer's call option on the "21 CICC Y2" perpetual bond. The bond was originally issued on April 26, 2021, with April 26, 2026, marking the interest payment date for its fifth accrual period. In accordance with the terms outlined in the prospectus, the company has decided to fully redeem all "21 CICC Y2" bonds registered on the record date. Trading of the bonds will be suspended starting from the business day following the record date, which is April 27, 2026. Following the completion of the redemption process, the "21 CICC Y2" bond will be delisted from the Shanghai Stock Exchange on April 27, 2026.
