LANCANG TEA Enters into Credit Facility and Collateral Agreements

LANCANG TEA (06911) has announced that on April 22, 2026, the company entered into a Credit Agreement with China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., Kunming Branch, bearing the reference number 876526ESX10. The agreement provides a credit line of RMB 40 million, valid for a term of 12 months from April 21, 2026, to April 20, 2027.

Concurrently, the company signed a Maximum Amount Mortgage Contract with China Merchants Bank, referenced as 876526E2SX10. Under this contract, LANCANG TEA has agreed to provide a maximum amount mortgage guarantee for all obligations under the Credit Agreement. The collateral consists of the property and land use rights of nine factory buildings located at the former tea factory in Menglang Town, Lancang County. The property ownership certificate is numbered Yun (2020) Lancang County Real Property Right No. 0001806.

The execution of the Credit Agreement and the Mortgage Contract is expected to broaden the Group's financing channels, supplement its operational funds, and optimize its debt structure. The terms of these agreements were determined through fair negotiations between the parties involved. The Board of Directors, including all independent non-executive directors, considers the terms to be fair and reasonable, concluded on normal commercial terms, and in the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
