本次回购涉及892,689股A类普通股，占公司于回购前已发行股本总数约0.025%。回购价格介乎每股USD 5.55至USD 5.66，合计付出4,999,981美元。公司目前已发行股本包括3,391,029,167股A类普通股及138,588,377股B类普通股，共计3,529,617,544股。
公司购回授权于2025年6月27日获股东大会通过，可回购的股份总数为360,216,007股。截至本次回购前，贝壳-W已累计回购107,983,692股，占该授权通过当日已发行股本的2.998%。
公告显示，相关回购活动已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例。本次公告由联席公司秘书李思婷签署。
