GOME Retail Holdings Limited will hold its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) on 17 June 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Hong Kong. Key agenda items include:
• Financial Reporting: Shareholders will consider adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and the directors’ and auditor’s reports for the year ended 31 December 2025.
• Board Composition: Independent non-executive directors Mr. Lui Wai Ming and Mr. Liu Yin Hong are standing for re-election.
