中国煤层气（08270）8月18日晚间发布公告称，董事会将于2026年8月31日（星期一）14:00在中国山西省晋城市阳城县芹池镇芹池村主体大楼会议室召开会议，主要议程包括：
1. 审阅并批准公司及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合业绩；
2. 研究派发中期股息（如有）；
3. 视情况决定是否暂停股份过户登记；
4. 批准在香港联合交易所有限公司GEM网站刊登业绩公告及中期报告，并向股东寄发中期报告；
5. 处理其他相关事宜。
公告同时重申，董事会已确认其对公告内容的准确性及完整性负有共同及个别责任。该公告自刊发之日起将在GEM网站“最新公司公告”栏目连续公布至少七天。
