Jintai Energy Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2728) announced that an independent non-executive director, Mr. Jiang Hao, has resigned effective 28 October 2025 due to other business commitments. Consequently, Mr. Jiang has also ceased to be a member of the company’s Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee on the same date. According to the announcement, Mr. Jiang confirmed there is no disagreement with the board nor any matters needing to be brought to shareholders’ attention.

Following this resignation, the board appointed Ms. Bai Jie, an independent non-executive director, to the Audit Committee with effect from 28 October 2025. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Jiang’s contributions and extended a welcome to Ms. Bai in her new role.
