根据公告，现代牙科现有已发行股份为9.3485亿股。公司可动用合法资金用作此次回购，并遵循开曼群岛公司法及香港上市规则的相关规定。董事会指出，此举旨在提升公司价值、优化资本结构及增强股东回报；回购价格将参考当时市况以合理水平执行。根据公司披露的过去一年股价数据，最高曾达6.78港元，最低为3.50港元。
