2026年7月17日，易点云有限公司（股票代码：02416）公告称，当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股约26.90万股，占当日公司现有已发行股本约0.055%，每股回购价在3.25港元至3.31港元之间，合计支付约88.21万港元。回购后，公司已发行股本数变动为489,030,306股，库藏股数为49,320,500股。
本次回购依据2026年6月22日通过的购回授权，公司可回购最多50,068,667股。公告显示，截至目前，公司已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所累计回购11,690,000股，占购回授权通过时已发行股份总数的约2.3348%。公司同时确认已遵守相关上市规则及法律规定。公告由执行董事纪鹏程博士签署。
