辽宁港口股份有限公司于2026年3月3日公布2026年2月份的股份变动月报显示，本月公司在注册股本及已发行股份方面均未发生变动。具体来看，截至2026年2月28日，H股发行数量维持在5,158,715,999股，A股发行数量则为18,413,051,214股。注册股本规模仍为人民币23,571,767,213元。
报告期内未见新增发行、购回或注销股份的记录，也无任何库藏股及股份期权或其他激励计划的变动。公司再次确认遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及有关法律规定。根据公告信息，截至2月底，H股公众持股量约占该类别已发行股份总数的3.67%，市值约为810,077,396.54港元，目前仍处于过渡期安排中。
