立德教育股份有限公司（01449）7月24日发布公告，因健康原因及已达退休年龄，车文阁先生已辞任执行董事，自2026年7月24日起生效。公司董事会向其过往贡献表示感谢。\n\n与此同时，公司委任卢骏博士为执行董事，同样自2026年7月24日起生效。公告披露，卢博士现年49岁，拥有加州大学尔湾分校计算机科学博士及硕士学位，并持有北京邮电大学计算机工程硕士及学士学位。\n\n职业经历方面，卢博士自2023年7月起担任纳斯达克上市公司Scienjoy Holding Corporation（股票代码：SJ）的独立董事。2021年8月，他共同创办Version X LLC，专注提供网络产品扩展的软件开发服务。此公司已开发利用最新DNA科学成果的健康管理专家系统，以及一套基于云端的海运集装箱舱位交易系统。\n\n在此之前，卢博士曾于2019年10月至2022年2月担任Houzz Inc.圣塔莫尼卡分部技术负责人，并于2007年10月至2019年10月在Google领导洛杉矶站点可靠性工程团队，负责Google关键服务与基础设施的稳定运行。\n\n薪酬方面，卢博士已与公司签订服务协议，任期为一年，期满后将自动续期一年，除非任何一方提前不少于一个月通知终止。其年薪为100,000港元。\n\n根据公告，卢博士与公司其他董事、高级管理层及主要或控股股东之间不存在任何关系，亦未持有公司或其任何相联法团的股份。公司董事会表示热烈欢迎卢博士加入。
