新世界百货中国（00825）披露2026财年业绩：收入降至约10.63亿元 录得7.76亿元年度亏损

2026年9月30日，新世界百货中国有限公司（00825）公布截至2026年6月30日止财政年度业绩。期内，公司收入为10.63亿元（2025财年：11.83亿元）。

报告期内，公司录得经营亏损7.29亿元，而上一财政年度则为经营利润2.88亿元。公司指出，亏损主要由于商誉减值亏损增加及投资物业公平值亏损增加所致。

年度亏损为7.76亿元，相比2025财年录得的0.25亿元年度利润出现由盈转亏；每股亏损0.460港元。

截至2026年6月30日，公司总资产为125.13亿元，总负债为85.10亿元，总权益为40.03亿元。

从业务结构看，2026财年收入中，租金收入占比51.6%，专柜销售佣金收入占比25.5%，自营货品销售占比21.9%，作为出租人的融资租赁利息收入占比1.0%。

在运营网络方面，公司于华北、华东及中西三大区域共经营21家门店，覆盖北京、上海、武汉等11座城市，总楼面面积约89万平方米，其中“新世界”品牌门店14家，“巴黎春天”品牌门店7家。

公司表示，未来将继续推进区域精细化管理，聚焦北京、上海等一线城市的一市多店运营；深化零售业态与品类组合；协同集团资源提升规模效应；加速数字化系统升级，以提升运营效率；并推动人才梯队年轻化及组织架构优化。
