ZTE Publishes 2025 Annual and Sustainability Reports; Shareholders Encouraged to Opt for Electronic Delivery

ZTE Corporation announced on 27 March 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Sustainability Report are now available on both the company website (www.zte.com.cn) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically can register an email address by scanning the personalized QR code provided on the reply form or by submitting the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

Those preferring hard copies may request printed versions by returning the reply form or emailing ZTE.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and language preference. Each request for printed materials remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Telephone inquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The notice was issued by Board Chair Fang Rong on behalf of ZTE Corporation. The company reiterates that its corporate communications encompass annual and interim reports, financial statements with auditor’s reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
