7月16日，友宝在线（02429）发布公告称，公司于当日根据已获批准的购回授权于香港联交所场内回购普通股股份24.40万股，约占该次回购前公司已发行股本的0.03%。本次回购的每股价格介乎2.46港元至2.60港元之间，合计支付约61.42万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本由9.39398亿股（不含库藏股份）减少至9.39154亿股，库藏股份增至约735.80万股，公司已发行股份总数维持约9.46512亿股。此前，公司在2026年5月28日通过购回授权，最高可购回9465.12万股，已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所累计购回735.80万股，占购回授权通过日已发行股本约0.78%。
公司在公告中确认，已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及适用的法律法规。公告由公司联席公司秘书崔艳签署。
