GRANDSHORES (01647) announced that effective August 15, 2025: Mr. Li Kanlin has resigned as independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as chairman of the remuneration committee and as a member of both the audit committee and nomination committee; Ms. Liu Zhi has been appointed as independent non-executive director, as well as chairman of the remuneration committee and as a member of both the audit committee and nomination committee.
