网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）于2026年3月9日发布翌日披露报表，披露了股份购回及已发行股本变动等情况。公告显示，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购103,000股普通股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.04764%，每股最高回购价为港币147.7元，最低回购价为港币143.2元，合计付出约14,996,624.9港元。根据公告，该等回购股份将持作库藏股。
除回购外，公司另就首次公开发售前股份奖励计划行使期权，发行100股新股，每股价格为港币85.8元。完成上述股份购回与发行后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）变动至216,114,848股，库藏股增至1,793,550股，合计股本总数为217,908,398股。
公告同时提及，公司于2025年6月25日获股东批准回购授权，可回购股份总数为21,739,953股。截至目前，公司已回购股份合计1,462,000股，占回购授权决议通过日已发行股本约0.6725%。公司确认已遵守相关上市规则及法律规定。
