德信服务集团有限公司（02215.HK）3月26日发布盈利警告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得归属于公司拥有人之亏损不少于2.19亿元，而上一财年同期实现归属净利润约38.5百万元。由此推算，本期业绩同比减少至少约2.58亿元，公司将由盈转亏。
公告称，业绩转差主要受贸易及其他应收款项以及投资物业减值拨备所致。
公司指出，上述数据基于管理层对目前可获得资料及管理账目的初步评估，尚未经过董事会审计委员会审阅或独立核数师审计，最终经审核业绩预计于2026年3月30日公布。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
