A-Living Smart City Services Co., Ltd. (“A-Living”) announced a comprehensive governance refresh on 21 July 2026, coinciding with the establishment of its fourth Board session following shareholder approval at the 2025 annual general meeting.

Wang Haiyang, previously an executive director, has been elected Chairman of the fourth Board session, a term that will run until the current Board’s expiry. All directors have entered into fresh service agreements or appointment letters effective immediately.

The Board also confirmed new committee line-ups. Wang Gonghu now chairs the Audit Committee, joined by Weng Guoqiang and Li Jiahe as members. Weng Guoqiang leads the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, which includes Wang Haiyang, Li Dalong, Wang Gonghu and Li Jiahe. The Nomination Committee is chaired by Wang Haiyang with Zhao Yu, Wang Gonghu, Weng Guoqiang and Li Jiahe serving as members. Wang Haiyang also heads the Risk Management Committee, supported by Li Dalong, Wang Gonghu and Li Jiahe.

Senior management has been realigned to support the new Board structure. Executive director Li Dalong becomes President (General Manager) and Chief Executive Officer. Chen Siyang, Zhao Yu and Tan Zhiping continue as vice presidents, while Wang Tao is confirmed as a vice president overseeing community commercial operations and investment management. Huang Jiayi is appointed Chief Financial Officer, responsible for capital markets and financial management.

With these changes, A-Living’s Board comprises seven members: four executive directors—Wang Haiyang, Li Dalong, Chen Siyang and employee-representative director Zhao Yu—and three independent non-executive directors—Wang Gonghu, Weng Guoqiang and Li Jiahe. The new leadership structure is effective immediately and will guide the company through its fourth Board term.
