唐宫中国（01181）8月7日晚间披露盈利预告称，根据集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审核综合管理账目之初步评估，预计期内归属公司拥有人应占亏损将介乎人民币4百万元至人民币9百万元；而上一财年同期亏损约为人民币18.2百万元。
公司表示，亏损收窄主要由于以下因素综合影响： 1. 期内按公平值计入损益的金融资产公平值亏损大幅减少； 2. 员工成本下降； 3. 上述正面因素部分被顾客人均消费及堂食客流量双双下降导致的收入减少所抵销。
为应对市场变化，集团已在各营运地区推出多项措施，包括： 1. 积极实施成本控制； 2. 与知名酒店品牌合作，并通过投资轻装修餐厅进行扩展； 3. 加强以家庭聚会及节日为主题的餐饮板块。
公司称，有关盈利预告数据基于目前可得的未经审计资料及董事会的初步评估，最终中期业绩将于2026年8月底前正式公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
