Beisen Holding buys back HK$0.93 million in shares, treasury stock rises to 13.63 million

Beisen Holding Limited (HKEX: 09669) reported a share repurchase of 299,400 ordinary shares on 21 August 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The on-market transaction was executed at prices ranging from HK$3.04 to HK$3.13 per share, representing a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HK$3.0917. Aggregate consideration amounted to HK$0.93 million.

Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.04% from 724.45 million to 724.15 million shares, while the treasury-share balance increased from 13.33 million to 13.63 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 737.78 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 70.12 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 18.39 million shares, equivalent to 2.62% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. Under exchange rules, Beisen Holding is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 20 September 2026.
