快狗打车披露2026年中期业绩，收入为2.93亿元，同比下降10.9%。同期经调整净亏损2386万元，相比上年同期的7446万元进一步收窄，降幅达68.0%。公司整体毛利为8741万元，同比下降6.3%，对应毛利率约为29.9%，而上年同期毛利率为28.4%。经营活动所用净现金流出为1718万元，较上年同期1.16亿元的流出额显著收窄。

从成本结构看，销售及营销费用为3769万元，同比减少10.2%；一般及行政费用为6660万元，同比下降10.6%；研发费用为889万元，同比大幅减少84.2%，占本期收入的约3.0%。

业务分项

企业服务收入为2.04亿元，占总收入的69.6%，同比下降13.0%，主要来自企业客户托运量的下降。平台服务收入为4602万元，同比下滑27.0%。增值服务收入达到4300万元，同比增长36.9%。公司提到，这部分增长主要得益于对补充物流解决方案需求的提升。报告期内，香港及海外市场收入达2.49亿元，占公司总收入的85.0%，同比下降4.3%，而中国内地市场收入约4400万元，同比下降35.7%。

截至本期末，平台累计注册用户达3580万名，注册司机740万名，完成运输订单440万笔，交易总额约6.12亿元。
