YHI International Limited announced on Jan, 16 2026 that it expects to report a net loss for the six months ended Dec, 31 2025 and for the full year 2025, reversing a profit recorded in 2024.
The company said the projected loss stems mainly from the closure of its manufacturing operations in Suzhou and Taiwan, actions taken after U.S. tariff measures hurt those businesses.
YHI International is consolidating its wheel-manufacturing activities into its Malaysian facility, a process slated for completion by the end of the first half of FY2026.
The group plans to release its unaudited FY2025 results by Feb, 27 2026 and advised investors to exercise caution when trading its shares.
